Maui Red Catuai was formed as part of a Brazil-based breeding program, where citrus, sweet tones from Caturra met the bold, nutty undertones in Mundo Novo, with the name ‘Catuaí’ deriving from Guarani, meaning ‘very good’. A subtly sweet coffee variety, Red Catuai offers a delicious, clean cup.
